At View 360 Print, most of our products are custom-made, printed, cut, ordered, or produced specifically for each customer. Because custom printing cannot always be resold, our refund policy is designed to be fair to the customer while also protecting the time, labor, materials, and production costs involved in each order.

Custom Printed Products

All custom printed products are considered final sale once the order has been approved and production has started.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Banners, yard signs, foam boards, stickers, decals, apparel, hats, hoodies, shirts, large photo prints, wall graphics, window film, promotional products, and any other customized or personalized printed item.

Proof Approval

When a digital proof, mockup, design, or sample is provided, the customer is responsible for carefully reviewing all details before approval.

This includes:

Spelling, grammar, names, dates, phone numbers, addresses, colors, sizing, placement, artwork quality, image resolution, logos, and overall layout.

Once the customer approves the proof, View 360 Print is not responsible for errors that were visible in the approved proof.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full or partial refund only if production has not started.

If design work, setup, file preparation, material ordering, outsourcing, or production has already started, those costs may be deducted from any refund.

Rush orders may not be eligible for cancellation once accepted, because materials and production time are often committed immediately.

Defective or Incorrect Orders

If View 360 Print makes an error with your order, we will work to make it right.

Depending on the issue, we may offer one of the following:

A reprint, replacement, correction, store credit, partial refund, or full refund.

To qualify, the customer must contact us within 3 business days of receiving the order and provide photos or details showing the issue.

Examples of production errors may include:

Wrong product, wrong size, major print defect, incorrect quantity, or artwork printed differently than the approved proof.

Color and Material Variations

Some color variation is normal in printing. Colors may appear different from screen to print due to monitor settings, lighting, material type, ink, fabric, finish, and production method.

Small color differences, minor placement differences, or normal material variations are not considered defects unless they are clearly outside reasonable production standards.

Customer-Supplied Artwork

View 360 Print is not responsible for poor results caused by low-resolution files, blurry images, incorrect file formats, poor-quality logos, customer-submitted artwork errors, or files that are not print-ready.

If we notice an obvious issue before production, we may contact the customer, but final responsibility for submitted artwork belongs to the customer.

Apparel and Wearable Items

Custom apparel, hats, shirts, hoodies, and other wearable products are not refundable due to sizing, color preference, or customer change of mind after production.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size, color, quantity, and product style before ordering.

Outsourced or Special-Order Products

Some products may be ordered through outside vendors, suppliers, or production partners. These items may be subject to the vendor’s return, refund, or replacement rules in addition to View 360 Print’s policy.

Once a special-order or outsourced product has entered production, it may not be eligible for cancellation or refund unless the item is defective or incorrect due to an error by View 360 Print or the vendor.

Delays and Turnaround Times

Turnaround times are estimates unless a specific completion date is confirmed in writing.

If View 360 Print cannot complete an order within the time specifically promised, we will notify the customer and offer an updated completion date or cancellation option when required.

View 360 Print is not responsible for delays caused by customer approval delays, missing artwork, low-quality files, supplier delays, shipping carriers, weather, equipment issues, or circumstances outside our control.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method when possible.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer.

How to Request a Refund or Reprint

To request a refund, correction, or reprint review, contact View 360 Print within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Please include:

Order number, customer name, contact information, description of the issue, and clear photos if the issue is visible.

Final Decision

View 360 Print reserves the right to determine whether an order qualifies for a refund, reprint, replacement, correction, partial credit, or store credit based on the details of the order and the issue reported.
