REFUND, RETURN, REPRINT & PRODUCTION ERROR POLICY
Effective July 14, 2026
This Refund, Return, Reprint & Production Error Policy (the “Policy”) applies to products and services sold by View 360 Marketing, doing business as View 360 Print (“View 360 Print,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), through our website, quotes, invoices, order forms, email, telephone, text message, or in-person sales.
Because our products are custom manufactured, printed, decorated, cut, assembled, or ordered for an individual customer, all sales are final except for a verified View 360 Print production error, an approved cancellation before production begins, or a refund otherwise required by applicable law. By placing an order, the purchaser (“Customer”) agrees to this Policy.
|
IMPORTANT: Custom and personalized products cannot be returned or refunded because the Customer changes their mind, orders the wrong size or quantity, submits incorrect artwork or information, or is dissatisfied with an issue that was shown on an approved proof. |
- Custom Products Are Final Sale
All products offered by View 360 Print are treated as custom or made-to-order products unless we expressly state otherwise in writing before purchase. We do not maintain a general return program for ordinary, non-custom merchandise.
Custom products are not eligible for return, exchange, store credit, reprint, or refund because of buyer’s remorse, a change in plans, event cancellation, budget changes, an incorrect product selection, or another reason unrelated to a verified View 360 Print error.
- Customer-Provided Information and Artwork
The Customer is responsible for reviewing and confirming all artwork, spelling, grammar, names, dates, phone numbers, addresses, web addresses, QR codes, dimensions, quantities, garment styles, garment sizes, colors, placement, finishing selections, and other order details before approval or production.
No refund, return, or free reprint will be issued for an error contained in Customer-supplied artwork or information; an error visible on an approved proof; low-resolution, blurry, pixelated, distorted, or otherwise unsuitable artwork accepted by the Customer; or an order produced without a proof where the Customer accepted responsibility for the submitted file.
View 360 Print may attempt to identify obvious errors as a courtesy, but proofreading and final verification remain the Customer’s responsibility. This section should be read together with our Artwork Submission, Proof Approval & Production Authorization Policy.
- Apparel Sizes, Fit, and Customer Selections
Garment sizing and fit may vary by brand, style, fabric, cut, and manufacturer. Size charts are guides and do not guarantee a particular fit.
Choosing an incorrect garment size, style, color, or quantity is not grounds for a return, refund, exchange, or free reprint. A remedy may be available only when View 360 Print supplied or decorated a size, style, color, or quantity different from the confirmed order.
- Color, Material, and Production Variations
Normal and commercially reasonable variations are not production defects. These may include differences between screen colors and printed colors; differences caused by RGB-to-CMYK conversion; material, fabric, coating, ink, lighting, printer, or production-method variations; slight changes between separate production runs or reorders; and minor differences in placement, cutting, finishing, dimensions, or color density.
Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless View 360 Print separately accepts a written color-matching specification. Even when a Pantone, sample, or physical reference is supplied, a commercially reasonable variation may occur because of the product and printing method.
- Reporting a Possible Production Error
A Customer must report a suspected production error within five (5) business days after delivery or local pickup. Claims submitted after this period may be denied because the order can no longer be reliably inspected, documented, or reproduced.
The claim must be sent to orders@view360print.com and include the order or invoice number, a clear description of the issue, photographs showing the full affected product and close-up details, the affected quantity, and any other information reasonably requested by View 360 Print.
The Customer must keep all affected products and may not use, alter, wash, install, distribute, discard, or return them unless instructed by View 360 Print. Continued use or disposal of the products may prevent verification and may result in denial of the claim.
- Inspection and Verification
Submitting a claim does not automatically establish that an error occurred. View 360 Print may inspect photographs, artwork files, proofs, written approvals, production records, samples, and the physical products before determining whether the issue resulted from our production.
We may require the Customer to return or make available all or part of the affected order for inspection. Products may not be returned without prior authorization and written return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused and do not create a right to a refund.
- Remedies for a Verified View 360 Print Error
When View 360 Print verifies that we produced the order materially different from the confirmed specifications, we will determine a commercially reasonable remedy based on the nature and extent of the error. At our option, the remedy may include correction, repair, replacement, reprinting the affected quantity, store credit accepted by the Customer, or a refund of the amount paid for the affected product or affected portion of the order.
A defect affecting only part of an order does not entitle the Customer to a refund or reprint of unaffected products. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential costs, including lost profits, missed events, installation expenses, removal expenses, labor, advertising costs, or substitute purchases, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Where applicable law requires a particular remedy or a cash refund rather than store credit, View 360 Print will provide the legally required remedy. Nothing in this Policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
- Reprints and Replacement Orders
A reprint or replacement is based on the original approved specifications unless View 360 Print agrees in writing to a change. Requested changes may be treated as a new order and may require additional design, setup, material, production, and shipping charges.
Production and delivery estimates for a reprint or replacement are estimates and depend on material availability, production capacity, proof approval when required, and carrier performance.
- Cancellations Before Production
Cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible and are not effective until accepted by View 360 Print. Before production begins, we may approve a cancellation and refund the remaining eligible balance after deducting completed design or artwork services, the applicable setup fee with a minimum of $25, special-order materials, outsourced work, and nonrefundable third-party payment-processing costs actually incurred, where permitted by law.
Design and artwork work is billed at $40 per hour unless another rate was quoted. A higher quoted design, setup, or project charge controls when applicable.
Once design work, material procurement, printing, cutting, decorating, finishing, assembly, outsourcing, or another production activity has begun, the order is noncancelable and nonrefundable except for a verified View 360 Print error or when otherwise required by law.
- Shipping, Transit Damage, Loss, and Delivery Issues
Carrier delay, loss, theft, misdelivery, or transit damage after a properly packaged shipment is accepted by the carrier is not a View 360 Print production error. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Customer is responsible for dealing directly with the carrier after carrier acceptance, as explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
A Customer who believes inadequate packaging or another act by View 360 Print caused damage must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours after delivery and provide photographs of the product, exterior packaging, interior packaging, and shipping label. The Customer must retain all packaging while the issue is reviewed.
- Approved Refunds
An approved refund will generally be issued to the original payment method. We may require reasonable verification of the purchaser and payment information before processing the refund.
Approved refunds are normally initiated within seven (7) to ten (10) business days after the claim is resolved and all required products or information are received. The Customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.
Original shipping charges, rush fees, completed design charges, setup fees, and other services already performed are nonrefundable unless they were charged in error, are included in an approved remedy, or must be refunded by law.
- Local Pickup Orders
The Customer must inspect local pickup orders promptly. The same five-business-day reporting deadline applies to production-error claims for pickup orders. Failure to inspect an order at pickup does not extend the deadline.
Completed pickup orders that remain unclaimed are subject to the thirty-day pickup and abandonment provisions in the Shipping & Delivery Policy. Abandonment does not create a right to a refund.
- Refusal, Abuse, and Fraudulent Claims
View 360 Print may deny claims involving altered products, incomplete documentation, missed reporting deadlines, inconsistent information, suspected fraud, repeated abusive claims, or refusal to permit reasonable inspection.
This provision does not prevent a Customer from exercising any nonwaivable legal right. We encourage Customers to contact us promptly so a legitimate concern can be reviewed before beginning a payment dispute or chargeback.
- Policy Updates and Governing Terms
The version of this Policy in effect when the order is placed applies to that order. View 360 Print may update this Policy for future orders by posting a revised version or effective date.
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any nonwaivable legal right, disputes relating to this Policy or an order will be handled in the appropriate courts serving Lauderdale County, Alabama.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
