Banner Finishing Which finishing option should I choose? Standard / No Grommets Best for banners that will lay flat, mount directly to a surface, or be temporarily stapled or fastened to a wall. The edges are not reinforced and no hanging holes are added. Grommets Metal-reinforced holes are added around the banner so it can be hung with rope, zip ties, hooks, bungee cords, or other common fasteners. Seamed & Grommeted The banner edges are folded and reinforced to create a stronger double-layer edge, then grommets are installed. This is the strongest option when the banner needs additional durability and secure hanging. Required

Artwork Approval & Print Quality What is a print-ready file? A print-ready file is artwork that is correctly sized and has enough quality for the size at which it will be printed. Text, logos, and important design elements should appear clear rather than blurry or pixelated. Recommended Quality For most banners, approximately 100-150 PPI at final print size is a good target. Vector artwork and properly prepared PDF files are especially useful for keeping logos and text sharp. Large Banners Large banners are normally viewed from several feet away, so they do not require the same close-up resolution as a small photograph or brochure. Some lower-resolution artwork can still look good when the banner is viewed from its intended distance. Example of a File That Is Not Print Ready A small logo copied from a website, screenshot, or compressed social-media image may look fine on a phone but become blurry or visibly pixelated when enlarged to a banner several feet wide. Best Practice Upload the highest-quality original file available. If possible, use the original PDF, vector logo, or high-resolution image instead of a screenshot or downloaded preview. Required
